The latest edition of Epicurean Living is now available for free online viewing or download. I’ve dubbed this one the “chicken issue” since I devoted the entire Epicurean homesteading section to the subject.
There are also details on using all five senses in the garden and some easy ways to engage with the ecology where you live. I even included my recipe for “Pudding pie”. This is my adaptation of Yorkshire pudding with homesteader simplicity. I’ve also included some insights for how and why we need to live well even when the awful and unnecessary war in Ukraine, the economic hardships in Sri Lanka, and increasing inflation are weighing on all of us.
